Filling and Can Seamer Line

This line is applied for viscosity and paste filling similar like sauce, cream, shampoo, liquid soap, lubricant, engine oil products. It is able to integrate to capping machine and labeling machine in bottling line, fully complete and intelligence control advantage.

• 01 High degree of automation, simple control and easy operation. It can be connected to the automatic filling machine before this machine, and can be connected to the printer;

• 03 Can-lid joint control device, no over no sealing. When there is a can body entering, the can end(cover) will be allocated accordingly. If there is no can end, there will be sealing process, and there will be an alarm if there is overload or lack of can end(cover);
• 04 When filling a new specification dose, the dose adjustment can be done at one time on the touch screen, and the fine adjustment of the dose of each filling head is also carried out directly on the touch screen.
