• 01 Double-row piston cylinder structure, stable and reliable structure. The servo motor drives the double screw transmission mechanism and adopts PLC program control to ensure the high precision of the piston movement stroke.
• 02When filling a new specification dose, the dose adjustment can be done at one time on the touch screen, and the fine adjustment of the dose of each filling head is also carried out directly on the touch screen.
• 03The submerged filling mode in which the cylinder drives the filling head to operate,with the adjustable variable speed filling function, can reduce the foam production of easily foamable materials during filling and prevent bottle mouth pollution caused by material overflow.
• 04Optimized in and out bottle control mode, two modes of normal/fast can be selected.In the fast bottle in and out mode, the bottle is fed in at the same time as the bottle is discharged, and there is no delay between the in and out of the bottle, which effectively improves the production efficiency.
• 05Piston seals using the latest tetrafluorocarbon carburizing technology improve the wear resistance and applicability of piston seals to various materials, and effectively solve the problem of piston filling machines for emulsifiable oils, water-soluble suspensions, and high viscosity. The problem that thick materials cannot be used universally.
