• The packaging machine has been shipped to Thailand in October,2021 for roased coffee beans package.
• The package advantage is to exhause the bag air to keep the roased coffee as long time as possibly and easier for second package to delivery.

FEATURES

The whole package line has 6 parts

1.  Vertical Packer 

Its main function for forming different size bag by different bag former,printing date or logo or bar code etc and sealing bag. And the Human Interface Operation Screen is a customized for client's small operation space limited.

2.  10-Head Weigher

The multihead weigher has the side leakage prevention function because the client didn't get the elevator,but feeds the coffee beans from the second floor directly;So it needs the extra structure to collect the coffee bean well for weighing during packaging production.

3.  Z Type Material Elevator 

The Z material feeding is a sealed type which can keep the products clean during conveying on the whole production package.

4.  Supporing Platform

It is usually dimple floor for antislip and its main function is to support the multihead weigher stably and easy for check the weigher.

5.  Finished Product Conveyor 

The conveyor usually for finished bag conveying to some places,such as a box,a container;also it can connect with turntable ,check weigher,metal detector etc.

6.  Counting plate and Fiber Optic Conveyor

The function is to feed the vent valve to the conveying foil synchronously during production.
