DESCRIPTION

• Automatic biscuit snacks packing machine is a customized small packaging machinery which is much smaller space than common type.
• It is mainly supplied for smaller space production workshop; meanwhile,it is a economic pacakge solution and it can forming standard pillow bag and flat bottom pouch.
• The addtional function are available too,such as joint bag,round punching,euro punching and handle punching etc.

FEATURES

The whole package line is an economic machines which only includes 4 parts 

1.  Vertical Packer

Its main function for forming different size bag by different bag former, printing date or logo or bar code etc and sealing bag.

2.  10-Head Weigher

This is a flat surface with 1.6 litre as per packed product feature;flat design usually for dry and good liquidity products weighing.

3.  Z Type Material Elevator

Usually the feeding elevator should go with vibration hopper to increas feeding for multihead weigher,Most of the food grade plastic hopper is 1.8 litre,but if very large capacity package that needs 4.0litre.

4.  Finished Product Conveyor

It is for finished pouch conveying to some places,such as a box,a container etc;sometimes,it can connect with turntable,check weigher,metal detector etc.
