The 10kg packaging machine has been shipped to Thailand in July,2021 for coal package.

As the automation equipment,10kg package is a big packed pouch and such package solution now more and more demand. 

As a direct manufacturer,UMEO has the other bigger machine which can make film width 1020mm for more than 10kg package.

FEATURES

The whole packaging machiner is a big package solutions which includes 5 parts 

1.  Vertical Packer

Its main function for forming different size bag by different bag former, printing date or logo or bar code etc and sealing bag. Because the big packer usually for heavy weight package, it will have more structure than smaller packing machine,such as extra receiving device on the top and retainer plate of bag support; also the example is for PE foil package that includes the cooling sealing structure for better sealed bag.

2.  20 Litre 2-Head Weigher

The weight is a multifunctional weighing device which usually for granule package of big weight, such as 5kg, 8kg, 10kg etc of beans, rice, coal etc package solution.                      

3.  Z Type Material Elevator

Usually the feeding elevator should go with vibration hopper to increas feeding for multihead weigher. Most of the food grade plastic hopper is 1.8 litre, but if very large capacity package that needs 4.0litre. 

4.  Supporting Platform

It is main function is to support the multihead weigher stable all the time and convenient person to check the weigher status.                                                                                    

5.  Finished Product Conveyor (optional) 

It is for finished pouch conveying to some places, such as a box, a container etc; sometimes, it can connect with turntable, check weigher, metal detector etc.
