• The gusseted bag packing machine is a high level bag design which looks much better than standard pillow bag.
• Especially for supermarket selling; suitable for biscuit package,coffee with valve package,tea packaging etc.Also,additional punching,such as hole punching,euro punching,handle punching etc.

FEATURES

The whole package line is a multifunctional machines which includes 5 parts 

1.  Vertical Gusseted Packer

Its main function for forming different size bag by different bag former,printing date or logo or bar code etc and sealing bag.

2.  10-Head Weigher 

This is a flat surface with 2.5 litre as per packed product feature.flat design usually for dry and good liquidity products weighing.

3.  Z Type Material Elevator 

Usually the feeding elevator should go with vibration hopper to increas feeding for multihead weigher,Most of the food grade plastic hopper is 1.8 litre,but if very large capacity package that needs 4.0litre. 

4.  Supporing Platform

It is usually dimple floor for antislip and its main function is to support the multihead weigher stably and easy for check the weigher.                                                               

5.  Finished Product Conveyor 

It is for finished bag conveying to some places,such as a box,a container;also it can connect with turntable ,check weigher,metal detector etc.
