FEATURES
The whole package line is a multifunctional machines which includes 6 parts
1. Vertical Gusset Packer
Its main function for forming and sealing different size quad seal bag by different bag former, and it can match with different printer to print manufacture date,expiry date,item number,bar code,company logo, address,phone,bar code etc .
2. 10-Head Weigher
This is a flat surface with 2.5 litre as per packed product feature.flat design usually for dry and good liquidity products weighing.
3. Z Type Material Elevator
Usually the feeding elevator should go with vibration hopper to increas feeding for multihead weigher,Most of the food grade plastic hopper is 1.8 litre,but if very large capacity package that needs 4.0litre.
4. Supporing Platform
It is usually dimple floor for antislip and its main function is to support the multihead weigher stably and easy for check the weigher.
5. Finished Product Conveyor
It is for finished bag conveying to some places,such as a box,a container;also it can connect with turntable ,check weigher,metal detector etc.
6. Rotating Table
It is a finished package bag collection which is connected with the output conveyor.
